Here are some general rules we expect everyone to abide by;

• EQUALITY: We do not discriminate, however, we expect you to act like what you roleplay. Example: Dogs don't drive vehicles or rent houses.
• DRAMA: You are exoected to be respectful to residents and guests within Casper Valley. If you have an issue with someone discuss it in IM or off sim, if for a reason one party wishes not to communicate/assosciate with the other, we suggest you block and avoid further commucation. If you are renting, add them to your BANNED list on the provded security orb to restrict them from area(s) you are renting. • FOUL LANGUAGE: We know accidents happen or slip ups from habit, just try to keep foul language toa minimum in Casper Valley on Voice and in text chat
• ROLES/JOBS: You are expected to perform a job or role you claim within Casper Valley, it is ok if you do not know how to do something. Asking or researching is a simple way to learn something new, also asking for help is a great way to get assistance. If for some reason you don't fufill the role you may be replaced. This is not because we dislike you, it is because we with to continue development of Casper Valley. Note: ALL real-life/physical-world responsiblites should take priority, such as Jobs, Children, Family Tasks and other tasks alike over roles/jobs within Casper Valley in Second Life. If you leave unexpectedly you can explain in as much details as you are comfortable sharing upon your return. However, if its too frequent, you may not be the right fit.

Bans

While we do not wish to ban anyone, if you decide to not follow the rules or and do not quit doing something that affects everyone in a negitive manner we will be forced to ban you to correct the issue and restore order. We are not going to temporary bans as this just is to much to keep track of. If you wanted to truely be here, your actions would not have gotten as far as the ban in the first place.

Rules for Children

Casper Valley has a zero tolerance for bulling whch includes; slapping, kicking, pushing, and yelling at another child or person. Parents are expected to keep their children inline or risk of being fined (roleplay currency)

We accept all suggestions, we will try our best to consider it for Casper Valley.

Roles

While we do not enforce total In Character appearance, we expect you to act the roles you are. If you a child, act like a child, if you play a pet act like a pet.

We welcome furries, but you will be treated like a person in a costume. We are trying for a realstic roleplay at Casper Valley. You are still welcomed to be at Casper Valley.

Allowed Roleplays

• Drunk
• Drug Use: Marijuana/Drug Raids
• Perscription Drugs: Only Theft/Attempt to Sell RPs/Dog Sniffing RPs and Medical Huds Rps
• Deaths: Prim People or Scripted Avatars that are not played normally be someone and with madeup names.
• Domestic Violence: Arguments Only, if it gets out of control we will request it to end
• Death: If you choose to die, you must change your displayname and/or character name. (Not the one you sign into Second Life with)..
• Romatic/Intimatacy: Only in your house in a covered/closed off room

Payment

Once you pay the box you should get a invite from a bot automaticly shortly after. You then can add other tenants to your rentalbox.

Rental Boxes are owned by Silver Rae Benelli (silverdown.seetan) , upon payment 100% of the rental funds are transfered to Jordan Celine Benelli (jordanceline)

We try to strive to a realistic rolepay experince, therefor we will not be allowing someone who plays a child or an avatar pet to rent a house.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, so make sure you really want to extend your rental box. This also applies to anyone who pays your rental box, so make sure your guest know which box is your if by chance a guest wishes to extend your rental. This refund policy is a standard across Second Life and should not come to a shock.

Overdue

You will get notices LESS than a week, THREE, TWO and LESS THAN A DAY notice from the rental box. Once the box hits 24 hours overdue we will reclaime the house.

If you are going to a a few days late, we will work with you just contact us.

Your Guests

All residents are responsible for their guests, please inform them of this page and make sure they understand.

Subletting/Transfers

No Sub-letting allowed, we will allow name transfers as both parties agree IN PERSON. Any time left on rental box is forfieted by orginal renter and given to agreed new tenant as we do not give refunds.

Security Orbs

1) We provide a security orb, the main tenant is automaticly added upon renting.

2) Main tenant can click the orb and add people, they are also added by adding them to your rental box.

Houses

Due to a bad experince in the past, we no longer offer swaping out houses with another type of house. Make sure the house is to your likeing as we will not give refunds for not likeing the chosen house after renting has began.

Prims

If your house goes over your prim limit the box will notify you, if you donot take care of it we will try to contact you. If contact you doens't work will will return copyable items to you to bring you back within limit.

If your box is overdue, you have not prior made a late agreement we will return all your prims and put the rental box available. If you have any no-copy items that get lost, there is nothing we can do, you must contact Second Life/Linden Lab, you can also try to contact the seller and hope they give you a replacement.
